– SMART (Skills for Market Training) initiated an employability program tailored for urban youth aged 18 to 30, aimed at enhancing their employability and addressing the skill gap prevalent in the service sector.
– 3500+ youths trained on SMART course; 75% of youths (65% girls) received employment opportunities.
– Through the employer engagement program, we contacted 290 companies for students’ placements and 2640 (75.42%) students were placed in 110 + companies with an average salary of Rs.13800.
– 100+ youths & women trained on business ideas & linkages later started small businesses.
– Distributed 200 Kitchen Garden kits and provided comprehensive training to all recipients, empowering them with essential gardening skills.
– 182 families have successfully established kitchen gardens, with 114 families reporting a 10% increase in their income.
