Santosh Jadhav – President

“Mr. Santosh has done Masters in Social Work from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India He worked with Savitribai Phule Mahila Mandal for two years in Beed district of Maharashtra. Subsequently, he joined Swiss Aid India and worked as a Documentation and Project Coordinator for one year. Presently, he is working as President of NIRMAN. He is also involved in community development programmes and activities. His key skills are communication, networking and coordination, and resource mobilization.”

Pravin Jadhav – Vice President

“Mr. Pravin has done BSW and MSW from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. He worked with Savitribai Phule Mahila Mandal, Beed as a Project Coordinator for one year. Currently, he is pursuing M. Phil. in Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune. He is the Vice President of NIRMAN. His key skills are communication, networking, trainer, fund raising, and coordination.”

Kishor Bidve – Secretary

“Mr. Kishor has done BSW from College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai and MSW from Karve Institute of Social Services, Pune. He worked with Econet, Pune for two years. Currently, he is working as Secretary of NIRMAN. He is involved in organizational management, administration, finance, planning, monitoring, networking and programme designing. He Leads NIRMAN’s Livelihood programs. His key skills are communication, documentation, administrative and management.”

Uttam Madane – Member

“Mr. Uttam has done BSW from Shivaji University and MSW from Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune. He has done M. Phil. from Tata institute of social sciences, Mumbai. He is doing Ph.D. from Tata institute of social sciences, Mumbai.

Megha Jadhav – Member

“She has done D. Ed. from Savitribai Phule Pune University.”

Sachin Raskar – Member

“Mr. Sachin has completed B.com from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He cleared exam of chartered accountant. He started his own firm called PRAJ and Company. He is working as a chartered accountant.”

“I have been working as a Finance Manager in Nirman and my role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure effective fund management and compliance with statutory regulations. I have done a master’s in commerce, an MBA in finance, and GDC&A.”

“I completed my Master in Social Work from TISS, Mumbai. I am working with Nirman as a Fundraising and Documentation Officer. I worked in the Development Sector for 7 years.”

Annesha Goswami

“I am responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of projects at Nirman, ensuring their effectiveness and impact. Additionally, I also work on improving data-driven strategies to enhance project outcomes. I completed my Masters in Social Work from TISS, Guwahati and have been working in the development sector.”

“Working as a District Coordinator under Empowerment of Women and Children thematic area. I am responsible for coordinating and monitoring all activities of Nirman Sanstha in the district. Additionally, I manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and project implementation.”

Sankesh Torne

“I have Post graduated in Social Work from URCD Department. Associated with Nirman Sanstha from the year 2022. Working as a Field Coordinator under the Educate and Empower Girls project. I am responsible for implementing and monitoring program activities. I also engage with communities and stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and impact.”

Datta Pandage

“I have completed a Masters degree in Social Work from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, specializing in the Urban and Rural Community Development department. Following that, I earned a CSR Diploma from IGNOU. Working as a Project Coordinator under the Education thematic area focusing on promoting quality education and creating a healthy, supportive environment for children in three urban slums of Pune city.

“Working as a Project Coordinator under the Social Entitlement thematic area primarily focusing on ensuring social security and protection for migrant workers. My role involves facilitating access to welfare schemes, strengthening policy support systems. I completed my Bachelor in Social Work and Masters in Social Work under specialization of Human Resources Management from Yashwantrao Chavan school of Social Work, Satara District.”

“I am working as a Project Coordinator under the Livelihood and Skill Development thematic area. I completed my Bachelor in commerce from Arts, Commerce & Science college, Lanja and Masters in Social Work in urban & Rural community Development from at CSIBER College, Kolhapur.”

“I am working as a Project Coordinator under the Empowerment of Women and Children thematic area, leading a project that promotes gender equality among marginalized communities. I completed my post-graduation in master of social work, specialization in Urban and Rural Community Development, at Satara in Shivaji University Kolhapur.”

Laxman Gaikwad

“I am leading a Hockey Project in Pune City & PCMC as a Project Coordinator. Through this initiative, school children receive hockey training along with life skills sessions to foster their overall development. They also participate in awareness sessions and community engagement activities, empowering them to lead a dignified life.”

Ashok Dadas

“As a Centre Manager, I am leading the Bridgestone Sarthi Support Centre at Nigadi, where we focus on supporting truck drivers and their communities by providing health services, conducting awareness sessions, and facilitating access to entitlements. Our mission is to enhance their well-being and help them lead a dignified life.”

Nirmala Naik

“I completed my B.com from mumbai university and M.com from pune university and have been associated with Nirman Sanstha since 2022. I am working as a Mobilizer under the Livelihood thematic area for the project Livelihood Revival through Promotion of Kitchen Gardening. My role involves engaging with communities, encouraging sustainable kitchen gardening practices, and supporting families in enhancing their food security and livelihood opportunities.”

Sunita Gavit

“I completed my Bachelors in Social Work and Masters in Social Work under Community Development from Tirpude College of Social Work, Nagpur. In Nirman I am working as a Field Officer under the Social Entitlement Thematic Programme. My role involves organizing health camps, facilitating access to welfare benefits, and ensuring people receive the support they need for a healthier and more secure life.”
